interesting account of perversion

This book has a rather slow start, there's nothing very remarkable about the chapters on Sade, Auschwitz etc. The final chapter called The Perverse Society, however is brilliant. A very provocative critique of the now standard claim to surmount all binaries in the postmodern funfare. Most of all, it's an interesting defense of the term "perversion" and of psychoanalysis more generally.
