Does what it says on the cover

This book deserves far more attention. It's a very approachable introduction to some complicated and pervasive arguments and disagreements in our society, without losing any of the necessary depth and rigour, and I can't imagine how Swift could have done a better job. I've only read the first chapter so far (on "social justice") and it has already deepened my understanding of this topic, and what different people mean when they talk about it.

Textbook for class

I found this book a bit overly verbose. It's also full of information that can be found free online.
You can also view it online free (of course paying for the book is good too). Just saying, for those broke college students like me.
